So it is expected to fall of the diet wagon a couple of times, this trip to Utah did not help, I was so stressed that I was good for a couple of days and then I started eating some not good stuff...so here is to my new start. I did work out while I was there but still my eating was not good.
So please cheer me on to get back on the diet and working out so I can fit into the cute summer clothes that I want to get.

So we are back from a very long trip to Utah, that I dont really ever want to do agian. That is one long drive. Its not easy traveling with an infant either. So I guess the trucking was not meant to be, so we are back to the drawing board. Which is ok, I think we will be fine but its just scary. I spent the day unpacking and trying not to think of the current situation. I have faith that things will work out, but that trip to Hawaii that was planned is not happening, I wish it was but it wasnt meant for Nate and I to go, bummer......
Its cold today and I am just looking forward to relaxing and getting ready for my upcoming week. Avery has his six month appointment and I have several appointments scheduled.
Of course cold calls as well, my favorite.

So we are here in Utah, Nate is at a trucking orientation and he has failed 2 of the backing tests, First the trucking company said that they wanted him to go to school. Then they called and said they dont want him to to do that, just to come in and they will work with him on the backing.
I am so stressed. I am not making enough money to support our little family, and Nates old job wont take him back. UGHHHHHHHHH it sucks to be an adult.
So for all of you reading this please pray for Nate that this works out. It is very much appreciated.
I will keep you all updated.
Nate came home late Monday Night after breakdown after breakdown, his job is quite frustrating at times, but that really is a whole other story that your ears could be filled with for hours. Its nice to have him home, so I can have a break from Avery, so there was a baby shower for a sister in the ward and I went, leaving Avery in tow with Nate. It was nice to get out, the baby shower was low key and I enjoyed being out and socializing!! We played mafia, which is not a typical baby shower game and just talked for a long time. The economy has everyone down right now, so it was nice not to talk about that and forget all your problems and realize others are going through some of the same things!!
There was even cheesecake, which I resisted, I am doing so good with this working out and not eating "bad" I have worked out everyday and I am soooo so sore right now, but when Nate came home he commented that I looked a bit slimmer so that made me feel good.
And we have a crawler now!! That's right our little man is crawling, he is not so good at it right now, but if there is something on the floor he is bound and determined to get whatever it is!! I want Avery to stop growing up so fast, before we know it he going to be going to college!

Well Nate left for work on Sunday, and we do feel blessed that he has work, its hard being the only parent. Also running a business with a 5month old is next to impossible. I am hoping that January will be better than December, I just cant take that anymore. I dont deal well with dissapointment. Working out has been great, its a wonderful stress reliever.
I have started to organize the Race for the Cure team in Fernley, with the moms group that I belong to. Its in June and a two day event!! I am so excited for this because its for such a wonderful cause.
Yesterday was the one year anniversary of the flood, I cant believe its been one year. Our lives have changed so much since then.
So Avery is crying and I must go, but stay tuned for more updates.
